I have opted for Vodafone 2G data plan.by dialing *111# and after that it showed me 500 MB data for free. I subscribed for that. After which they sent me message that 52Rs. deducted from my account. I thought ok, as I have subscribed for this, lets give a try for the 15 days.
After 15 days, I did not find their service satisfactory. I decided to cancel their service by sending SMS CAN NEWBC52 to 144 on DEC-26 2012. (Which was told me by their CC executive). But after 15 days the service got renewed automatically. and to my surprise, again it got renewed after 15 days.
I lot 52 Rs. twice. So I called up customer care executive and asked for the refund. They noted my complaint (1254611756) on their system.
However till date I did not get any refund. Whenever I call them, they say that it will get refunded in next 24 HRS. I check my balance in hope that it will get increased by said amount. But Alas .. I haven't yet received my money. can anybody please help?
