No response from Customer care

I recently migrated over to Postpaid from an existing prepaid connection...

since then my VAS (Value added services) like, conferencing, Dialer tunes ..arent working... i have lodged complaints earlier, but it hasnt been rectified yet... their customer care centres arent responding at all for the past few days... they put me on hold for more than an hour...

please look into the matter.
