(9989989588) Iam an airtel user wanted to port to vodafone, In the ffirst week of december i went to the vodafine store to get it port. i purchased the mnp kit for 20 rupees and gave my driving license as my id and an adress proof of my residence with a colour photo and duly signed and attested by me. after 10 working days i got a message stating the mismatch of the porting number which i got frm 1900. then again i went to the vodafone store and gave all the ID PROOF and photo and filled the form. Now its almost over a month and my number is not ported and i haven't got any message from anyone. I want to ask the vodafone authorities that how many times should i run to the vodafone store to fill up the form?? and when will i get my number ported?? everytime im calling the vodafone customer care, they're telling me that its the fault of the donor company and not the receiver company's fault. i just wish these companies to act swiftly on this matter as it is causing me a lot of problems. i hope the concerned authorities to solve my problem as soon as possible.
