To Whom It May Concern,
Data service from the number 9038005749 is affected from 04/23, particularly at 42B, Raj Krishna Chatterjee Road. Kolkata. 700042. However, other than this given location the data service is up.
At the given location the signal strength is perfect and the handset is 3G supported, Nokia N8-00.
Data service can be used from this number other than the given location, which means no handset configuration related issue.
Several complaints had been logged at customer care and nodal care on 04/24 but nothing has been done till now. Aircel have crossed the 72 hours of SLA and still unable to fix the issue.
Kindly help and intervene so that the issue get resolved.
