I am having a prepaid mobile connection with Aircell (mobile no 7299402411), which I am using only for receiving and sending calls. But to my surprise, whenever I recharge, a sizable chunk of my recharged amount is debited from my account though I have not availed any value added service. Clarifications raised on this issue evoke no response from the service provider. Will I be able to get my problem redressed or reconcile myself by discontinueing the usage of my existing service?
