Regarding bill payment

Hi,

This is Swamynathan, and i'm using the Aircell cellular post paid connection for the pas more than 3years. I'm paying the bill amount every month on time, and i never missed the due date.

I paid my August month bill in their cell city centre, but they gave me the manual invoice only, i have that invoice with me. But for the past 3 months i'm getting the bill with August bill amount and I have given so many complaints to customer care officers. They didn't take any action on that and they have disconnected my network and i'm facing so many problems. Everyday day I'm getting message from Aircel and i called the customer and told them clearly that i paid the bill amount.

I'm feeling very fraustrated and mentally dispointed about their service. I'm not cheating anybody and I don't their money. I'm using their network and i'm paying for that. Then why should do like this.
