Preventing access

I have recharged my account for Pocket Internet facility. The recharge was successful (3 day pack - 14 rupees) and I am able to view validity period. But due to problem in their side (Aircel) it preventing my web access. There is no response at all from them even though I complained it more than five times. Instead they cut my calls from connecting to customer care (198). Not only lost my money but also the time. It seems to be small amount but what if I face the same issue after recharging huge amounts. This is not the first time facing this issue.

Please consider it and provide me a solution.
