3G speed less than 100kbps

Hello Airtel,

My name is Peeyush Kumar and I purchased airtel sim to use 3g in my mmx 300g modem. mobile n0 is 8826404856.

Just for testing purpose I started 3g n tested the speed, which is under 100 kbps every time. Is it what airtel provides in 3G?
