DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

Dear Sir,

i am using the air-tel mobile, since last 3 yrs, but from last 2-3 months it's service is not good. yesterday form one of my number 919557844484 a sum of 10Rs is deducted, saying that "you have been renewd for sub waphwsizzler's subscription service from Airtel, you have been charged Rs. 10." This incidence was repeted 3rd time. when i called to customer care, they replied 1st time, that u r applying it after 24 hrs, so the money can't be given back to u and service is no more form ur number. the 2nd tim they didn't give any response and yesterday they told that i have been downloaded the things, so money can't be returned, but actually i didn't downloaded anything from my handset.

From my another number 918755173141, the balance of Rs. 30 has been deducted for renewal of Hello tunes, that i am not using.

i kindly request you to see this matter seriously, b'coz many of the customers may get the same problem.
