Dear Customer Care Executive,
This is Atul Nivrutti Kawale, an Airtel prepaid customer (91-7600913040 &--gt; Gujarat Circle). I have been using this service for almost last 1.5 years. In September I moved out of India for about 3-4 months for the same I asked at several Airtel Customer Centres regarding activating or deactivating issues with the SIM for I would be disconnected mostly for these months. They all said me there would be no problem at all. Further, when I was in Denmark, I could use my SIM during the initial few days by selecting some local network (Telia DK). Now, I am unable to do so, when I try to manually select the network, it is rejecting every network. I am worried if my SIM is deactivated or something like that. I need the number active urgently as I am also returning to India soon. Please help in this regard.
I had written about this problem to your helpline ID atlease twice but did not get any feedback from them. However I received a acknowledgement mail saying that will be replied within 24 Hrs.
