Poor service

Hai,

i am a new airtel pre-paid user. my no is 9633647624.

My sim is blocked due fails in address verification. Then i call to customer care they told me to resubmit my address details. Then i re-submit my address details secondly to airtel relation ship office in Aluva, Kerala. in 30.12.2010. But till their is no progress in my issue. And also their is very laging process to speech customer care officers.
