Incomplete information & wrong bill charges

Hi.

I had an Airtel post paid connection, which was working real well for the past one and a half year.

I'm a frequent flier, and fly internationally alot. I had blackberry national plan activated on my number.

On my last trip to Australia, I'd switched on the phone to use wifi service provided by the hotel to the clients.

My mails started popping up, my bbms started coming on my handset.. However, international roaming service was not activated from my end, ever. It was not the first time that I was using Wifi services or flying internationally and switching on my phone for some work, but not usage. Thereafter, when the bill was generated, it turned out to be some INR 33000/- I was horrified to see that. There was no cooperation from Airtel's end, and they have been harassing by making calls for the same and not coming out to any settlement despite all that. Its been two months and the harassment is continued..

The number was not put to use thereafter, however, I wish to get rid of this mess...
