Deactive my numbe

Hi Sir,

I was used airtel as post paid connection.after that i was change like prepaid after that few months back they deactivate my number, even with any intimation, so i need the same number and also i was paid amount for that number when i was taken.

For this issue i called so many time their customer care service, they not giving any proper information this, evry time time they saying something different way when i had disscusstion with different customer care people, even i had with their supervisor & manager also, when i had discussion with manager, he told me like we will give feedback for the same, but i didn't get any information, again i called them, then asked them why you people doing like this, they say simple sorry, at that time i was ask any referency ID for raise request for my issue, then they said we cann't provide any thing for that.like customer have any query, then they called customer care service, at that time they cann't provide any referency for that, i am wondering how they people tarck customer issues.

So please let me know sir how can get same number.
