I am a pre-paid user of Air tel since last 4 years. My number is 9938995260 balasore circle of orissa. On 31st oct 11 at about 17.50 hrs a call came. The call was hello tune call from air tel service. just i received the call a sms came that "thank you for choosing hello tunes, you have been charged Rs30 for 30 days. Again another sms came from AK54888 that Rs 15 for 90 days. Total Rs 45/- has been ddeducted from may talk value. Just I am reading the sms with my surprise i came to know that I can stop service by dialing 543211808. Within second, I rang to stop to the aforesaid no. Again another sms came that services stopped. But what is this? Without my consent and within some second how my talk value will be reduced. Sir, I am a faithful customer of your company since 4 years. Please do not do this. You are kindly requested to refund my talk value which was deducted by you wrongly. I am sure you will be kind enogh and refund my talk value immediately. I also promise you that, I will be with air tel as I was for the last 4 years. Hoping a favourable action from your end.
