My Mobile No is 9845014143, which i have been using it from past 10 to 12 years on 14.11.2010 i applied for Migration of Postpaid to Prepaid connection for the same i have full filled all the formalities as per Airtel guidelines.
But While traveling I lost my Prepaid SIM & I applied for Duplicate SIM from your ARC 167 Bangalore on 16.11.2010 there also all requirements were fulfilled to get that SIM [even details were confirmed with your Hotline verification (First & Last REchagre Amount Rs 49 on 16.11.2010 & No Calls are made from that no as i lost )] but till now SIM has not been activated.
When we approach your people in outlets, they just give answers saying that From their end they have completed the process and its the activation dept who has to make process.
Cann anybody tell me what is this???
To whom soever it may can concern the matter is just to a activate SIM NOT TO
LAUNCH ANY SPACE SHUTTLE or ROCKET!!!
From my end all the required formalities have been completed and for the past 3days i have been receving only explaintaions for that can anybody of you tell this is your policy or service you provide
While making payments or taking connection or transacting with you people I have not try to explain MY PROCEDURES ; POLICES ; PROBLEMS but when it comes to your end you people just give us that u have this procedure, policy, problems but...
