I'm Kaarthikeyan, using airtel blackberry services thru airtel prepaid (9686811218) for a while. My Blackberry services ceased to work from 20-Mar-11, and I've been contacting airtel customer care every now and then, but there is lack of proper response. Its almost two days now, and the customer care is not approachable at all, I hear the computer voice asking for some nonsense passwords just to ignore the callers. Before this issue the calls will be attended even before it rings. I'm planning to migrate to some other service provider soon due to this sheer lack of response. I've now lost two days of my blackberry services validity which I'm not gonna get back again. No more airtel.
