Billing issue

My bill shows me that i have been charged for subswap_weeklysub, when inquired on this with the airtel the response was not good at all they said that i have activated this service which i have never used or never sent any request to the airtel to activate the same, i have also called them once to deactivate this service but still i have been charged in every bill from couple of months

the amount charged for this is 20rs.
