Deduction of Balance

Hello,

Its been noticed that there is a deduction of amount from my AIRTEL PRE PAID connection.

15 days before I had recharged my number (9900111556) for atleast 50Rs where I get 43Rs balance. After usage there was a balance of 34Rs, however next morning i found that the balance in account is only 24Rs. Kindly check & investigate on this.
