Dear Sir or Madam,
I got an Airtel mobile prepaid SIM card and a corresponding number about one and a half month ago on Bannerghatta Road providing all documents (without which Airtel offices does not start applications). So far, I haven't had any problems with the card. However, today I received a text message saying "Kindly be informed that on televerification we have found that your name and address is not matching with our database. Your connection will be barred in 24 hours." which is poathetic since I have not received any calls nor the address and phone number is wrong. The number is 8105647051. I have already called customer care three times but no one could or wanted to held me. Where is the service for the customer??? Could you please do somthng to stop this number getting disconencted!?!?!?!?
