Shifting Request - Pathetic Service

After shifting to a new house, made a request to Airtel to shift the phone.

First Request Made: Aug 30 (strangely, this SR doesn't even reflect in their systems)

Second Request Made: Oct 15 (no one called us and they marked it closed after a few days)

Third Request Made: Dec first week

Shifting Done: Evening of third request

Disconnected: Next day

In the meanwhile, I paid the bill for Aug till Oct. On the day of shifting I had made another complaint saying how it took lot more than the 7 day SLA for sifting and how Airtel owes me money (whereas they were asking me to pay the Nov bill as well!). Now, they have disconnected the line demanding payment for Nov and the complaint is "being looked into".

So you take more than 3 months to shift a line and am expected to pay the bill of 1500 a month all this while? And after doing a shift more than 100 days later, you disconnect the line the next day for non payment?!

Way to go Airtel! Congratulations on stooping lower than a customer would imagine you to.
