Hello sir,

I have been complaining from the day I came to know that airtel has send me a bill with big amount. After talking to customer care I came to know that airtel has charged more than rs.1000 for gprs service.

I have give a oral request to airtel outlet at koramangala bangalore branch for gprs activation with 98 freedom plan. I have been informed by t ehem that it got activated. But now airtel customer care is behaving in such a bad manners and asking me to pay the bill. For this month also thr have raised such a huge amount though the month us not over. I ever get threatening sms that mobile out going service will be disconnected.

I kindly request you to help me in this regard as I will not be able to pay such a huge bill which I got due to airtel negligence.
