Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a Air Tel PrePaid Mobile SIM (SIM No 89914500030078260104) on Jan 27 and Mobile Number 9731533896 for My Mothe on her name.
The Details form with Serial No 1709930 was filled and relivent identity proof was given to the dealer.
It was recharged with a amount of 250 INR.
After few days the SIM card was blocked stating that the Identity proof given does not match when Teleconfirmed with their records. Dispite calling the Dealer and the Call Center nothing happened and finally the SIM was Inactivated.
They say that the balance and the mony spend is ceased and u have to buy a new one.
Kindly take up the matter with the concerned authorities
