Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had submitted necessary documents at the time of post paid connection (9632179007) in the month of June'10, after 5 months I got message on 12/11 asking me to submitt the documents nearby airtel office. I personaly went to Airtel office at Malleshwaram, Bangalore (11th cross) on 13/11/10 and had re-submitted the documents after dully filled the form (vide form No. OMR 5736122). To my surprise, today (16/11/10), my sim has been inactivated without any message and not able to complaint immediately and some how I called 198, but in vain as airtel executive was not able to solve this issue and asked me to contact the airtel office where the documents been submitted. I got the office number (9900025579) and he asked me to contact at 11 am today but I have been trying him, but he was not pickingup my call at all, I am fed up... Please help and resolve this issue once for all
