Hi

me and my friend got airtel mobile numbers on the same day from koramangala branch providing all documents (without which airtel offices does not start applications) and got 2 numbers in december and now my firend got a call saying tat the documents are not submitted.we called the nodal officers which was useless since they just guided us to submit the documnets.we thought the problem is solved but again there was an sms saying "kindly be informed that we found ur name and address is not matching in televerification" which is poathetic since we have not recived any calls nor the address and phone number is wrong..The number is 8861847458, and its a great pain in undergoing everytime answering the calls from Airtel cc with no proper solution. Do somthng to stop ths number getting disconencted.t. The pathetic case is how does airtel maintains teh documents d othey burn it?? or sell it?? cant they even manage this??? dnt their computers are not programed to type a mble number and find if the doucmenst r sublited or not??? they ask again a refernce number which we get after submiteing, if i get a number 3 years back ho can they xpect me to have that number stored n my brain??? ver is the real service???
