My Airtel SIM (mobile number 9980828027) deactivated saying that "due to document verification process.". But I have provided my electoral identification card as a proof while taking the connection and is accepted anywhere in India for any purpose.
I got the connection in November and this is the third month I am using
the same. Please help me to solve the problem. I had a balance of more than 100 Rs in it while deactivation.
