Dear Mr. Mittal,
My name is Anil and i have taken totally 5 connections for my office (4 connections in one account number and another in different account number for the internet as per your company terms).
I had sent a mail to your customer care to deactivate my internet connection (080 4147 2298) and the executive whom had called me to reconfirm about the issue and i explained her i do not need the internet connection and she said would you like to keep the number active and i agreed to keep the internet number activate but without the internet connection. Now the number is completely deactivated and when i spoke to your customer care executives they said it will be activate in 7 days and 15days later called again your customer care to check they saying i need to reproduce the documents; 1. My office is still in the same address. 2. I have the other 4 numbers which are in working condition. 3. When am staying at the same address and when my other numbers are working, why should i reproduce the documents? I had mailed regarding this to your Nodal Office and the Appellate Office but they are useless and not understanding the problem and kept asking to reproduce the documents and also they have registered request to cancel my other 4 numbers (080-42250469-72). Without getting a mail from me to cancel the connection, how are your executives are Authorized to cancel my numbers??? Have i authorized to cancel them behalf of me? Do they have a letter or some mail regarding this???
I want my 5 numbers to be activated (080 4225 0469, 080 4225 0470, 080 4225 0471, 080 4225 0472 & 080 4147 2298) without re-documentation and also am not reproducing the documents because i told you i have not changed the address. Also am not going to clear the outstanding amount if you are not reactivating.
