Dear Sirs,
I have suddenly received the following unsolicited message on my mobile
"Thank you for using DUK. You will be charged Rs. 1 everyday. To stop service dial *789*407# - From 50000 message centre 919845087001"
This is ridiculous and unacceptable as I have not activated such a service. I do not even know who is DUK. I am sure there must be millions of other innocent users like me being charged for this nonsense. I have not been able to unsubscribe this service.
I would appreciate if Airtel or the regulatory authorities look into this and assist me in unsubscribing this service today. Thanks
