Here I was having postpaid connection of Airtel for 3Months, actually airtel sales executive has offered me the plan of 299 & 249, I have selected 299 plan but they activated 249 without my knowledge, that thing I came to know only after when I called to customer care because I dint recieved the bill for the month, my post paid connection was activated from 26th aug, my credit limit is 1200 my first bill for 8days is 387.35 when i called to customer care they dint responed me and my next bill is 3053.90 for 05/09 to 04/10 that time also i called them they are giving unecessary reason, and suddenly they disconnected the service, My Problem is I have credit limit of Rs 1200 but why they are allowed till to cross this amount before only they as to disconnect us right crossing the limit of twice they are disconnected, please solve my problem even am getting confuse many times i called to customer care i dint get the proper response now they are sending legal notice to me...
