Dear Sir,
I have applied for mobile portability number on 24th Jan. My number is 8123343851. I wanted to shift from Tata Docomo to Airtel. Each time I talk to customer care of Airtel, they never give a proper reply. Sometimes they say the issue is with Tata Docomo, sometimes we have not received you request or sometimes it will take 4 days.
Yesterday, I talk to one of the executive of Airtel, he said that it may take 2 months or even an year to get transfer, people have applied since 2 & 1/2 months & still they are waiting. Still they are waiting. Twice I have generated Unique Portability Code.
If this is the way Airtel works then I am sorry to say I am very much disappointed with there service & response & also for going for Airtel.
I wanted to know if there is any way to lodge a complain, if it is please send me the procedure.
