Deduction of Charges, Misguide & Missbehaviour with Customers

I am Calling at (Airtel) Customer Care for Detail & Reverse of Deduction Charges but Company person is not intresed with my call. Company Customer Care Operator do not pick-up any call (Recoreded Call) upto 14 Minutes and not interested with Consumers Complaints. Company deducte Charges time to time without any Service or against Free Services without any notice or any Message. I record near about 10 Calls of Airtel Customer Care. In this Calls Customer Care Operator Promise to me Reverse my Charges many times. But Company Dedute Charges in Routin. I have no more time for Wastage & discussion with Company Customer Care Operators. I feel Very Harashful & Painful in this time with this Company (Airtel).
