Deduction of amount

I am using Airtel prepaid card. Yesterday at 6.32 PM I received a call from Airtel number 5432168180606 but no sound come from that side and after that the deduct my Rs 30 and cricket live score service start as i talk to customer care he can not give any satisfactory answer and angry me, deduct Rs 98 start Gprs service. So i think that Airtel is cheating organization.
