Dear folks,
i had been using airtel (09995121337) for past 5 years. All of the time i had faced troubles, most of them dealt with the poor connectivity with the customer care service and customer care relation as well. Besides that, one day while i was using the web services via airtel, i accidently clicked a link (some wap service) which was very interested in taking money from my balance (5 rupees per day). I told this to the airtel people (198 Customer complaint Service), they too found it correct and refunded the amount that i had lost. They also told that they will help me by deactivating/stopping the aforesaid issue and bought some time from me (48 hrs). Each time they take money, i had informed airtel and refunded the lost amount. Every time after the refunding they assured that the problem wouldn't last that long and apologized me for not keeping their word previously. But this went on for almost a week, and i had lost connection (airtel intentionally blocked me for being such a nuisance) from the customer complaint section of airtel. And now i'm trying to PORT airtel. But i still like my number not the service My problems are simply stating below
a) Airtel has blocked me from contacting the Complaint Section of airtel
b) Airtel lied to me thrice by assuring that my problems would be solved by 48 hours
c) Now currently i had lost 15 rs, which was not being refunded since i had been blocked from the service
d) finally, i'm keeping a balance of 5 rs in my SIM because of the thought that someone might stole it from me.
Airtel personnel watching it, pls consider the fact that i didn't offend airtel or any1 related to airtel. If someone felt this as being offensive, they do have my apology. I just normally acted like a worried human being. And if you guys could rectify this issue soon, i would be always with you. Hope you understood the extend of the situation i'm facing here.
