On 7th December I requested Airtel customer support to activate my Blackberry Enterprise Plan on my number 9910333759. However till date that has not been done and the worst part is all of them are clue less and just give their own statement about resolution time without any solution.
Since 7th of December I am chasing them to do the needful however till date (14/12) I have not got any solution.. The below mentioned ticket numbers are good enough to show how good they are in providing solution to Customers
