Unexpected billing with wrong commitment & harrasment to bill pay

Hi, I am vipin dixit from south delhi moti bagh would like to file a complain against bharti airtel as i received a new postpaid connection few month ago and i got oraly confirmation that i will receive 5 gb internet data pack with the connection so once i received the sim after verification i start using data services and i was aware about my uses limit of 1000 so next day i receive the sms unbilled amount 2500 somthing i surprised so i call to customer care and agent told me that i will credit in my billing as per my plan at that time agent did not inform me about my data plan also i was too aware about the my data plan which i got informed earlier so i continued to use GPRS services of my number finally after two days i got msg of unbilled amt apprx 4500 so i was shocked and had some doubt so i called again about it at that time agent told me the same and third day i called again customer care to know my data plan as i had doubt about it that agent told me that first 2 days my data pack which was informed to me 5 GB not activated and it activated on third day so o have to pay first two days amount which is arround 2750 after 200MB discount i asked them to waive it as i was not aware about it and as i am a geniune customer and really would like to keep the service and ready to pay all my calling and rental in bill but that much amount i cant pay but he dinied and provide me there upper complain office email address i sent them email so many times about it as i was not aware and how come i got bill more than my limit which was 1000 also i really would like to keep the service and number with airtel but i recieve the same repply like they dont see my request not even want to read it and all three email like from aitel.in nodelofficer or one more email address for complaint or customer service i got same copy past on my arround 10-15 email request and also they disconnect my service and after my so many request they did not restate it and after 2 month i start geting calls behalf of airtrl to thrretning me to file case and to pay the amount and today I got court notice under IPC 405/406/420 from one of advocate behalf of airtel bharti about to pay the amount 2750 500 for this notice charges, I have a request please assist my this request and help me in this situation as I did not do any crime and was received wrong commitment and information and I was agreed still agree to pay what ever legal bill amount agaist my uses but that don't want to here from starting and look like want to use legal notice to get the dues no Matters about the customer complaints.this is the worst experience I got with airtel customer service and I disided to do complain agaist them as I can pay the amount but that way that approach to collecting it which is not in right way so please help me on this issue if you can as I am a service man with family have so many problems to face the legal fight so suggest me what I should do in it.
