Friquent network problem and internet access problem

Dear sir,

We villagers of kamata, Kumuli, Gumuda, Narigan... more then 10 gram panchayats of Block-Boriguma friquently face network trouble from airtel company.

From october Tarabhatta airtel tower couses immanence network problem. More then 50thousand people use airtel sim in our area. Most of the time we face network failure problem, network friquenty cut during calling, and internet access posible only near tower. Airtel customer care don't understand and dont take any steps to solve our problem.

HENCE WE REQUEST HIGHER AUTHORITY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITH IN 15 DAYS BY ELIGIBLE ENGINIEER.OTHER WISE WE DO A CONSUMER CASE ON AIRTEL COMPANY.
