My broadband with fixed landline no 080-42006077 is not working since 29-Aug-11 and had called customer care 5 to 6 times but no proper response. Also no proper response from ur executive. I also did not receive any intimation prior to termination which is against trai regulations
Prior to this I had also raised compliant by calling customer care and I was committed that the issue would be resolved with in 2 days but no update on the same.
