Dear Sir/Ma'am,
this is to bring to your kind notice that there has been a problem in my broadband bill since March. My bill charged should be 1200 approx. but it was mentioned rs 1800 approx. i have complained twice at customer care but no corrective action has been taken yet and i am getting calls regularly for payment of the bill.
It is my humble request to please do the necessary retification of my bill and as earlt as possible.
