I am having the Airtel landline with Broad band connection in Delhi number 011-41748868.
I am getting the bills in the range of 600 plus only with the plan of 555. This provides the 2GB of free usage for broadband.
Since last 3-4 years, my usage of the internet has been in the range of 200-400MB only.
For June Suddenly the bill of amount 2126 has been generated in my name.
I talked to the customer care executive and they told that it is because of the internet usage. You can check the records the usage has never exceeded 200-400 MBs while I am having a 2GB free internet usage available.
I see a major problem in this bill. I can not accept this bill and pay for the same.
I had faced several other problems with Airtel like adding charges for some premium calls which we never used.
Airtel has been indulged in the malpractices of inflating the bills using various ways.
Please look into the issue.
