I used to play online games a lot. So when ever i play online games my broadband connection frequently gets disconnected. I complained to the customer care and the technician will check the cables and says all are perfect. There is some fault in your system only. Then i Went to HP service centre and told them about the problem. They said there will be fault in the modem and they told me to call customer care and change the modem. So i made a complaint regarding this. Then the technician came and he didnt replace the modem. Till now he didnt replace the modem. I was very upset with this. Please see to it and take necessary action. Thank you.
