Since last 2 yrs i m customer of air tel broad band service. I always pay the bills before time. Although the service was good but since last 3-4 months it is getting spoiled Air tel is not able 2 find the fault of my connection and this is going to be very irritating day by day, I used to complaint them daily. all of them are very interested to know the status of the complaint but nobody is bothering to resolve the problem technically. Like so many operators from different cities used to call daily 4-5 times with there sweet voice and they say Mr So & so Your, complaint no is this, Your mobile no is this but nobody sends some one and no body resolves the complaint my latest complaint (probably!! th) No 4060194.
I m fed up now and wants to got disconnected the connections and there a few relatives and friends who are also very fed up with the air tel's poor service.
