AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE
POOR SERVICE

As i was having a no of airtel landline with IPTV and Broadnband service 011-45170552, i register a request for transfer to my new address in sec 7 Rohini, but the customer care executives fools me by saying there is network congestion and there is non avialability of distribution point at my new address,

but for surprise after waiting for 14days with unsatisfied replies i register for new connection at the same address, i get in 24HRS with my new no 011470395987

for this i have to pay new connection fee and loss 100free call per month associated with old no and loss of my valuable business with the help of internet, such a poor response, i have sent them notice also but they don't heed it, now i am filing case in consumer court within 1 week
