It is very disgusting to state about the fraudulent act on the part of 'Airtel' Kolkata, from whom I had subscribed for a number with life time validity. My mobile no. from Airtel, Kolkata is 9831223887. I was at Delhi for the past one year, but my number was swithced on and in betweeen few call were being made to this number. But since last September onwards, I found that my number got deactivated, but as I was at Delhi, I could make further enquiry, for the reason of deactivation, only primarily when called via STD to Airtel call center at Kolkata, I was told, that it was due to malfunctioning of the sim card, and that there were no issues with the disconnection of the number. When I visited Kolkata in the month of November and visited relationship center of Airtel at Jadavpur, the guy there told me that my number was recycled and reason for which he could not state clearly. Now my grievance to the stated matter is, that how could "Airtel 'have the authority of deactivating the number which has subscribed for life time, without even intimating to "Aitel' was trying to take the plea of non adherence to the condition. But it ridiculous on the part of the company to state like that, as I got the life time validity, through easy recharge only, which does not contain any handouts, so the question of terms and conditions does not arise at all. Therefore I would like to appeal to the concerned authorities to put a stop to such; fraudulent practices by 'Airtel ' in future, and also to substantiate for the loss and harassment that has been caused due to such fraudulent practices.
