This is with regards to the inflated bill for this recent month. I have been charged heavily for GPRS and other downloads. I would like to explain you that I am getting almost 10 sms from 58888 for Bollywood Diva subscription and half of the time merely opening of the sms directs to web. I would like to being into your notice that I have never used these services.

Also I have following up with Airtel customer care nodal officer. Even spoke to their appellate officer but didnt get a positive response from them. Instead, i was asked to go to consumer court. All this is going since 20 days and wasting a lot of my time but I have not got any satisfactory response till date.

I would request you to look into this matter and revise my bill post removal of the bogus charges.

Since the bill payment date is approaching I would request you to expedite the process.
