Sim registration failed

Hi,

My mobile no is 9894732850 and i am using this no from last 4 year. This no is valid till 2011.Now i am getting sim registration failed mesage when i am trying to use my no from last oct. I talk to the customer care they told me that they have issue this no to some one else due to address mismatch they cancle my no but i didnt get any request regarding my address.
