Airtel have reduced the Phone rates but billing is still being done at higher old rates. Customer service representatives and even supervisors use all tricks to insist for payment of the faulty bill. Today is the second time in last 3 months that I had to argue with them for nearly 40 minutes to make the correction. This clearly reflect dirty practices and intent to cheat customers at Airtel.

I am forewarning the Airtel clients to seriously look at the bill and compare the rates with the published rates at their website.
