i m deepak chawla one of your airtel user since 3 to 4 years ago. my airtel number is 9910289888 and relationship number is 102-102063041. i have a problem regarding my last bill. i was using 998 advanced rental plan which supposed to expired on 13th of nov and i got a auto dial call from customer care for continuing my 998 advance rental plan and i denied for continuing the same plan then i had gone to the airtel customer centre at kirti nagar, new delhi to disconnect my number. but one of your executive gave me the advice to change the plan to 249 rental in which call rate is 1p/sec. then i decided to continue my number with 249 monthly rental and i told the executive to change the plan but she said u have to talk to customer care from your own phone, after that i spoke to one of your executive regarding the change of bill plan and she gave me the full detail of 249 plan and done the activation of this plan.immediately i got msg on my mobile from 121 regarding the selection of my new plan. on very next day again i made a call to customer care to confirm the plan and a took a reference number F587215250 regarding the change of plan, after that when i recieved this month bill i got a shock coz my bill is of 1925rs.in which i had seen one time charges of 998rs with service tax of one year. and immediately i speak to the customer care to sort out the problem. so this a problem i m facing right now and i expect that this mail will help me to continue my number with the 249 rental plan without paying extra charges leived on my number. So give me my new bill according to my new plan as early as possible coz i have to pay my bill on time. Reply...
