SIM CARD registration Failed

Dear Sir

With Respectfully I have to say that currrently I am living in OMAN from Jan here I also used my AIRTEL PREPAID SIM CARD for my personel use in INTERNATIONAL ROAMING Because I have to contacts with my all friends from INDIA. but at that date of 19 DEC suddenly after 1: 00 AM clock the network is gone. I think may be local operator network is gone but then I try again in morning then see my local phone working fine & that AIRTEL sim is failed for network I change my handset the message arrive SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED .

Suddenly I contact Customer Care, nodal Officer, Applette Officer of my State of INDIA .but they all say this number is delete from his database due to you cant use 200 Rs in six month but now I have a point that I have 2000 Rs as a balance account in MY SIM card & one time BHARTHI AIRTEL LIMITED 100 Rs is also credit my account due to wrong balance deduction but at last I check balance 18 Dec It shows 195 is remaining It is fine that Because I use 725 Rs as recived incoming call from INDIA which is show that I use more than 200 Rs as a debit from SIM card balance

Then they say you cant rechrge SIM from up to six month for the Life time validity. Then I again say that if this is happend then why not ask me If this SIM card is exist from JUNE mins there is no reason to say & AIRTEL Customer CARE Say, now you can't avail for that particular number.

Now means Both Side AIRTEL is doing whatever We can't do. I also E rechrge in JUNE worth Rs 1000 & get balance of 1100 but till date of rechrge AIRTEL didn't tell me from JUNE that you have to rechrge lifetime .whenever I recharge my number My balance amount say that your lifetime validity is up to 20 NOV 2027.then what it means?

No whatever service is given by any mobile operator If something is inconvience related to Rechrge is not on time or regarded any service is banned they have to give alert message before taken any action at least people/airtel user understand that OK that much happening so We have to do recha rge properly

THIS rule is also given by TRAI to follow all service providers

Then if any rule is not according TRAI then it trouble for that Service provider in INDIA.

Now currently I am in OMAN & I have to come in Ending of JAN then may be AIRTEL doesn response me

Today 5 Days is going on but till date there is no any positive reply that after how much time I get that same number.

Because that number contain my all online banking transaction, my asset information, my depriciation of money, all the notice is registered on my that number

Now I faced many problem & AIRTEL gives me mental tension & I cant live without that my number. I also forwarded my complaint to INDIAN EMBASSAY, TRAI, DOT, BHARTHI TELECOMMUNICATION

Now till date there is no network in my handset

I have to waited for that day when my exist connection is woring fine.

Please do something urgently.

For GOD Sake save my life
