I have purchased a new SIM of airtel Prepaid from the distributors at Sakhigopal possesses the Mobile No.9938519220 . It was working alright till 05 Dec. Hence new offere facility recharge coupon I have charged of Rs 50/-(Power Plus) and then recharged with Rs 340/-.

On dated 06 Dec it was declared that Out going call facility is blocked. I contacted to the customer care and the as per their need I had given all the requisite datas. I placed complaints before the distributor retailer Mr. Durga Mishra about the same case. He had solaced to wait and within no time your mobile will be updated.

After 2 days the incoming facility was also blocked and the same was informed to the above named retailer. He had assured that airtel might have blocked incoming as well as outgoing to make it through after thorough processing.

Now..just see today is 30 Dec and the same mobile phone no i, e, 9938519220 is totally blocked and customer care is still assuring to wait.

Such negligence to cheat the customer is not justified at all and the timing of powert plus and amount recharged can not be claimed.

such fake assurance given by Airtel mobile phone provider is really disgusting and the customer is frustrated.

What are the next steps to be taken to activate the Mobile no of above airtel no. and Whether my recharged amount will be refunded or not... give me some guidelines kindly.
