I am realy in tense, that first time airtel started to deduct for sms which i receives for no reason, which i have not asked, when i gave complaint they stopped but my money wasted, didn't got back, ok. Now again this is second time they started to deduct whenever i recharges till now rs.27/-, for what reason don't know.when i have an emergency, want to call i finds there is no balance in account, i gets scared, atleast give acusomer care no.where we can speak directly to the airtel person.this is not a question of money understand the emergency. Also didn't know that i will get my money back for this time but hope b'coz this is not my fault & before also, "sorry" will not get my money back or tell me anything wrong by me, i can't recharges, i fears that u will again deduct from my account. Why there is no customer care no. where i can talk directly, if yes give me the no., and stop deductions.
