Respected sir/mam

I Aastha, AIRTEL PREPAID MOBILE USER is utterly dissatisfied with the decreasing interaction of your company with the users. There is no operator at "121" to whom the customer can talk about the problem they are facing.

I got activated RC16 scheme around 7 January according to which all calls are at 1p/sec but for 60 seconds, 63 paise are deducted from my prepaid balance. This is ridiculous..

How can you cheat your customers?? You should clearly tell the customer before hand that what amount you will be deducting..

If this continues the brand name of AIRTEL will be spoiled in such a competitive market.

Hope you will soon do something about it..

I WANT RESPONSE SOON ABOUT EXTRA DEDUCTION OF MONEY.
